Shipping and Returns Policy

SHIPPING INFORMATION

The transportation of purchased items is managed through the delivery service provider contracted by Benita Bags. Delivery times may vary depending on product availability in the warehouse and are subject to the type of shipment and the destination country.

To ensure smooth delivery, it is essential to correctly complete all required fields in the shipping information form, including the contact telephone number box. Order tracking information will be provided by the delivery service via email, allowing you to monitor the location of your shipment until its final receipt.

The shipping cost is calculated based on the destination country, the volume and weight of the purchased items, and the packaging used. The exact shipping price will be calculated when you add items to your shopping bag and will be clearly displayed on the order summary page before you confirm your order and proceed to payment.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you have a period of 30 calendar days from the date of product delivery to proceed with an exchange or return.

All returned products must be in their original condition. This means they must not have been used, washed, or damaged in any way. They must retain all original tags and labels. Please include a copy of the delivery note (if available) and a note explaining the reason for the return with your package.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS (For Shipments Outside Your Region)

For international shipments, please note that any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient and must be paid to receive the order. These fees are not included in the item price or shipping cost. If delivery is refused to avoid these import charges, the package will be held or returned to the local customs office, not to Benita Bags. If the required fees are not paid, the package may be considered abandoned.

For returns sent from outside your region via national postal services, it is important to mark the package as “RETURN” on the customs declaration to avoid incorrect charges.
